You will work with a variety of software tools, including Eventbrite, Cvent, and Microsoft Power Platform, to streamline event operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the technical aspects of event planning and execution, ensuring seamless integration of advanced technologies.
• Collaborate with event planners, vendors, and clients to implement event management software, AV systems, and interactive digital tools.
• Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues during events to ensure a smooth experience for attendees.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in event technology and recommend innovative solutions for future events.
• Work with a variety of software tools, including Eventbrite, Cvent, and Microsoft Power Platform, to streamline event operations.
• Provide technical support and training to event staff and volunteers.
• Conduct post-event reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Manage and maintain event technology budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event technology management or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in event management software, AV systems, and interactive digital tools.
• Strong understanding of event planning and execution processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Eventbrite, and Cvent is a plus.
