As a Field Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of our branch assets, ensuring that all equipment is in optimal working condition. You will work closely with our branch managers to schedule maintenance activities, conduct regular inspections, and address any issues that arise. Your technical expertise will be crucial in maintaining the high standards of our branches.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of branch assets, including ATMs, security systems, and office equipment.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities with branch managers and vendors.
• Troubleshoot and repair technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Monitor asset performance and report any issues to the Asset Management team.
• Provide technical support to branch staff on asset-related queries.
• Collaborate with the IT department to integrate new technologies and systems.
• Participate in training programs to stay updated with the latest industry standards and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field maintenance or a related technical role.
• Proven experience in maintaining and repairing ATMs, security systems, and office equipment.
• Knowledge of relevant technical standards and certifications (e.g., ISO, PCI DSS).
• Familiarity with asset management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
