📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement global sourcing strategies to optimize supply chain operations.
• Negotiate contracts with international suppliers to secure the best possible terms and prices.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sourcing opportunities and trends.
• Monitor and report on procurement metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sourcing strategies with business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in global procurement.
• Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals to achieve departmental goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in global procurement, with a focus on sourcing and supplier management.
• Proven track record of negotiating contracts and driving cost savings.
• Strong knowledge of procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or Procurement (e.g., CSP, CPSM) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
