📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Handle employee benefits and compensation.,Conduct employee orientation and training programs.,Manage employee leave and attendance.,Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.,Support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and communication skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good understanding of HRIS (Human Resource Information System).,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.
