PT Ekspresi Tambang is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of delivery drivers, ensuring that all deliveries are made on time and in a safe and efficient manner. This is a great opportunity for an experienced driver to take on a leadership role and make a significant impact on our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of delivery drivers, ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.,Plan and coordinate delivery routes to ensure that all deliveries are made on time and in a safe and efficient manner.,Monitor and track delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to address any issues.,Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and that all drivers are following safety protocols.,Communicate with customers and stakeholders to address any issues or concerns related to deliveries.,Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including delivery times, customer feedback, and any issues or concerns.,Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on delivery performance and any issues or concerns.,Work with other departments to ensure that all deliveries are coordinated and that there are no conflicts or delays.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.,Proven experience in managing and supervising a team of delivery drivers.,Good knowledge of delivery routes and traffic patterns in the Kulon Progo, DI Yogyakarta area.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with customers and stakeholders.,Ability to use and maintain delivery vehicles and equipment.,Familiarity with delivery management software and systems.
