In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of QA engineers, ensuring the quality of our software products, and driving the adoption of best practices in software testing. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of QA engineers, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure their professional growth and development.,Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans to ensure the quality of software products.,Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to development teams to improve code quality and performance.,Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure they are accurately reflected in test cases.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing, and implement new tools and techniques as needed.,Participate in the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring quality at every stage.,Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, including management and development teams, on the progress of testing activities and quality metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong background in manual and automated testing.,Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of QA engineers.,Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.,Proficiency in at least one scripting language, such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.,Experience with test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
