📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Ensure high quality and consistency in food preparation and presentation.,Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.,Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies as needed.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.,Participate in menu development and cost control activities.,Work efficiently and effectively under pressure.,Adhere to health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of delivering high-quality food in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisines.,Experience with kitchen management and inventory control.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software.
