Manage and lead a team of employees, ensuring that they are productive and motivated.,Ensure that the team meets its targets and objectives.,Develop and implement training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of the team.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team, providing feedback and support as needed.,Ensure that the team is working in a safe and secure environment.,Manage and resolve any conflicts that may arise within the team.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the team is working effectively and efficiently.,Ensure that the team is up-to-date with any changes in the industry or company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A degree in a relevant field, preferably in business, management, or a related discipline.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong knowledge of the industry and the ability to apply this knowledge to the team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,The ability to manage and motivate a team of employees.,The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,A good understanding of HR policies and procedures.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
