📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned area, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives and support staff.,Monitor market trends and competition, and implement strategies to stay ahead.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the sales or marketing industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in the tourism or hospitality industry is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
