Net Bloom Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting our finance team in achieving their goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.,Prepare and process monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements for internal and external review.,Process and reconcile bank statements, ensuring accuracy and timely posting of transactions.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and supporting documentation.,Support the finance team in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.,Assist in the preparation of payroll records and ensure timely payment of salaries and wages.,Maintain and update accounting records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
