📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient and effective service.,Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality.,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic environment.,Plan and organize staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.,Monitor sales and revenue, and implement strategies to improve performance and profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluent in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
