📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the retail and consumer products division.
• Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with retail partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product expansion and market penetration.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.
• Assist in the development and execution of sales promotions and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective product positioning and communication.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to retail partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, retail, or consumer products industry.
• Strong understanding of retail and consumer products market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
