📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the head chef and kitchen staff in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
• Prep ingredients, cook meals, and assist with food presentation to ensure high standards of food safety and quality.
• Follow food safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
• Work efficiently and accurately to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking kitchen supplies as needed.
• Participate in regular kitchen meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a cook helper or similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools, such as stoves, ovens, and grills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and food safety protocols accurately.
