📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet, including vehicles, drivers, and maintenance schedules.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and maintenance teams to address any issues or concerns promptly.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, including mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance history.,Assist in the preparation and submission of reports related to fleet performance and compliance.,Support the Fleet Coordinator in implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures.,Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on fleet activities.,Assist in the planning and execution of fleet-related projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
