🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering supervision or a related field.
• A degree in engineering or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring high-performance technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and ANSYS.
• Certifications in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, are a plus.
