📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate the entire export and import process, from documentation to delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bill of ladings.
• Monitor shipments and track their progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate effectively with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the export and import process.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in export and import operations.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of operational improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in export and import operations.
• Familiarity with shipping documentation and customs procedures.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Valid shipping and customs clearance certificate is a plus.
