📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management.,Manage the accounting and financial reporting systems and processes.,Oversee the payroll and benefits administration.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Provide financial guidance and support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficient in financial software and systems, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.
