📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the health center, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of patient care and the overall performance of the center.
  • Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage the financial performance of the center, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Represent the health center at community events and meetings, promoting the center's mission and values.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the center's services and facilities to meet the evolving needs of the community.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a similar role.
