📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analysis and recruitment activities to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Managing employee relations, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.,Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies.,Handling employee benefits and compensation.,Conducting HR audits and providing recommendations for improvement.,Assisting in the development and implementation of training programs.,Maintaining HR records and ensuring data accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and tools.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
