We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Fleet Coordinator to oversee our fleet operations and ensure the smooth running of our delivery services. This role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the fleet of delivery vehicles and drivers.,Ensure all vehicles are maintained and serviced according to company standards.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders.,Monitor and optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Handle any issues or complaints related to fleet operations or deliveries.,Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless integration of fleet activities with overall restaurant operations.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and delivery metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing a fleet of vehicles and drivers.,Strong knowledge of route optimization and logistics software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
