📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer retention and loyalty.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events to network and generate leads.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of the retail industry is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
