📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, including menu selection, vendor coordination, and guest management.,Ensure the banquet runs smoothly on the day, overseeing all aspects of the event.,Maintain high standards of food, service, and presentation at all times.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive guest experience.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management.,Assist in the development and implementation of banquet policies and procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in banquet or event management.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Proven track record of successful event management.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
