📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage blasting activities to ensure safe and efficient mining operations.
  • Develop and implement blasting plans and strategies to maximize production and minimize environmental impact.
  • Conduct blasting inspections and assessments to identify and address potential hazards and risks.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior blasting engineers and other team members.
  • Monitor and analyze blasting performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of mining projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in blasting engineering.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in blasting engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of blasting theory, principles, and practices.
  • Proficiency in blasting software and tools, such as AUTOBLAST, BLASTX, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a mining permit.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
