📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor the company's credit control process to ensure timely collection of receivables.,Conduct credit assessments and reviews to identify and mitigate credit risks.,Develop and implement strategies to improve credit control procedures and processes.,Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster trust and cooperation.,Monitor and analyze credit control performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to resolve credit-related issues and ensure smooth operations.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on credit control activities and performance.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in credit control and risk management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit control or a similar role in the financial services or related industries.,Strong knowledge of credit control principles, practices, and regulations.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Certification in credit control or risk management is a plus.
