📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within the finance sector.,Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.,Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, developing and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.,Ensure that projects comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.,Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.,Collaborate with the IT team to ensure that projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.,Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and methodologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on the finance sector.,Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and PRINCE2.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana.,Certifications in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, are a plus.
