📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various positions within the company.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market in Bali and industry trends.,Provide guidance and support to junior recruiters and team members.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment.,Report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong background in hiring for professional roles.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring in a remote or international setting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.,Strong understanding of the local job market in Bali and the ability to source and attract top talent.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
