📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities.,Developing and implementing effective sales promotion strategies to drive product sales.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients.,Attending trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote our products and services.,Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to the sales team.,Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and promotional activities.,Training and mentoring junior sales staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or promotional roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of sales promotion techniques and strategies.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other sales-related software.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as required.,Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
