📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring compliance with US tax laws and regulations.,Conduct research and analysis to identify tax planning opportunities and strategies for clients.,Provide tax advice and guidance to clients, helping them to understand their tax obligations and plan for future tax liabilities.,Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure that the firm's tax practices are up-to-date and compliant.,Prepare and present tax reports and analyses to clients and management, using clear and concise language.,Work closely with other members of the tax team to ensure that all tax-related matters are handled efficiently and effectively.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tax-related transactions and communications.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their tax needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in US tax accounting, with a strong understanding of US tax laws and regulations.,Proficiency in tax software and accounting systems, such as QuickBooks, ProSystem fx, or similar.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex tax information in a clear and concise manner.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with international tax issues and experience working with multinational clients is a plus.,CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
