📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory, and customer service.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands.,Train and develop store staff to maintain high levels of service and sales.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Manage budgets and ensure financial targets are met.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in retail.,Proven track record of success in sales and customer service.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Understanding of retail operations and industry trends.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
