Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates who meet the job requirements.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback on candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role.,Proven experience in recruiting for various roles and industries.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
