📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct job interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the success of recruitment efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with stakeholders.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian, with English as an added advantage.
