Property Permata Sentosa is looking for a dedicated and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. If you are passionate about food and hospitality, and have excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers at the entrance and throughout the dining area.,Take and relay food and drink orders accurately to the kitchen and bar staff.,Present food and drinks to customers in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of tables and dining areas.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a polite and efficient manner.,Maintain a high level of hygiene and adhere to food safety regulations.,Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.,Assist with opening and closing procedures, including stocking and cleaning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.,Good knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and dining etiquette.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic kitchen operations.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects with ease.,Must be fluent in both Indonesian and English.,Must be at least 18 years old.
