📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
- Monitor and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to uphold product standards.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production challenges and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on production performance.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the food manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of leading and managing teams in high-volume production environments.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and quality assurance standards, including HACCP and ISO 22000.
- Familiarity with production planning and control software, such as SAP or Oracle.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
