📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread and pastries using industry-standard equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters.
• Assist in the preparation of main dishes, sides, and desserts, ensuring all food is cooked to perfection and served on time.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Follow and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food preparation and baking.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and meet daily production targets.
• Stay updated with the latest food trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our dishes.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking ingredients.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that all food is presented neatly and served promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1-2 years of experience in baking and cooking, preferably in a professional kitchen.
• Knowledge of various baking techniques and equipment, including commercial ovens and mixers.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian and English languages.
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
