📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and oversee all security operations across residential and project sites.
• Conduct regular security assessments and risk evaluations.
• Implement and enforce security protocols and best practices.
• Manage and train a team of security personnel.
• Coordinate with clients to understand and address their specific security needs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and laws.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and emergencies.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on security operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in security management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Certification in security management, such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Certified Security Supervisor (CSS).
• Proven experience in managing security operations in residential and commercial environments.
• Strong knowledge of security software and tools, such as TAS, Genetec, or Milestone.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the legal and regulatory requirements in the security industry.
