📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and food safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control to ensure efficient operations.
• Follow food handling and hygiene protocols to maintain high standards of food safety.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient food preparation and service.
• Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring food is served promptly and to the required standards.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a fast-food or casual dining setting.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations, including HACCP principles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, such as grills, fryers, and ovens.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
